Please note, I have seen evidence that if termites are hungry enough, they CAN eat hemp stalks. However, when hemp hurd is mixed with Lime, it elevates the pH to an alkaline level they don't like, so termites avoid it. 

Termites are unlikely to eat hempcrete because of the lime's pH level. Hempcrete is a natural, non-toxic building material made from hemp and lime that's resistant to pests and insects.
